Job Summary

The Order Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to their destination in a manner that meets company standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds per carton;
  • 2 years warehouse experience;
  • High school diploma or its equivalent;
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member;
  • Experience with material handling equipment a plus;
  • RF Gun experience a plus;
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

FORKLIFT DRIVER - 1ST SHIFT

Job Duties

  • Responsible for conducting daily inspections of the forklift to ensure it’s safe and operating soundly.
  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
  • Efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate area(s).
  • Ability to pick an order from a requisition and verify the product is picked via a RF gun.
  • Coordinate work with warehouse staff and carry out orders given by the supervisor or manager.


Competencies

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. 
  • Conduct daily operations in a manner that promotes safety. 
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • Manage time effectively and meet set standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. 
  • Report quality and quantity variances.

 

Qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, speak and write English and knowledge of basic math skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers and take orders from superiors.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.

MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN/FIELD MECHANIC - 2ND SHIFT

Job Summary

Self-motivated electrical professional needed in fast paced factory environment. Candidate will install and repair electrical systems and components in industrial machinery. Must be able to follow electrical codes, manuals, schematics, and blue prints while trouble shooting both electrical and mechanical issues, using test equipment, related to production floor. Must be able to install wiring and conduit in new applications in 120v, 240v, and 480v.

Job Duties

Trouble shooting factory equipment for electrical, mechanical, servo, pneumatic and hydraulic faults. Removing and replacing multitude of defective parts related to production. Installation of new equipment including rewiring of equipment, installation of conduit, repowering from bus bars, and air drops.

Competencies

  • Self motivation – must be able to work with group or independently;
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills – must be able to troubleshoot on array of equipment;
  • Knowledge of PLC’s, relay logic, electrical controls, servos and vfd’s;
  • Ability to adjust schedule if needed.

 

Working Hours

  • 3:30pm- 11:30pm Overtime

 

Qualifications

  • Journeyman License;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance;
  • Valid RI electrical license;
  • Experience with fire and security alarms.
